Health Insurance | We have a Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plan with limited out of network benefits. Dependent coverage is also available at employee's expense. |
Long-Tern Disability Insurance | A core benefit equal to 60% of employee's salary is provided. |
Short-Tern Disability Insurance | A benefit equal to 60% of employee’s salary up to a maximum of $1,500 per week for 26 weeks is provided. |

Dental Insurance | A choice of prepaid or indemnity plans available for employees and dependents at employee's expense. |
Additional Life Insurance | At employee's expense, additional life insurance up to five times annual salary; dependent coverage also available. |

Flexible Spending Account | A pre-tax account for childcare and un-reimbursed medical expenses. |
Pre-tax Payroll Deductions | Under Section 125 of the IRS Code, certain payroll deductions for insurance coverage may be taken out prior to income being taxed. |
